The Windows client was eagerly downloaded when it was just released. However, at that time, there was an issue with "damaged installation package," so I had to wait a few more months. Eventually, I was able to install it, but in China, I encountered problems with logging in, which was somewhat understandable.

I am using the v2ray client, and I need to restart in administrator mode to see the Enable Tun Mode option at the bottom of the interface.
After opening it, trying the global and split mode a few more times allowed me to log in successfully.
You can later disable TUN mode for normal use.
